Our new fine cable chain and Box Chain are designed to perfectly fit this charm, along with our entire new charm collection. Please note - Each charm is thoughtfully crafted to be stacked together on these chains, allowing you to create a personalised and meaningful necklace. 
 

Gift Wrapping is complimentary to all customers. Each piece of jewellery comes with a zip lock pouch and silver cleaning cloth in our Airtight pouch. Please store you jewellery in the pouch provided.

    Gold vermeil (pronounced ver-may) consists of thick layers of gold on-top of sterling silver. We use 18 karat gold that is a minimum of 2.5 microns thick. Our Gold Vermeil is hypoallergenic, so people with metal allergies can wear it safely. All of our 18k gold vermeil pieces are stamped with “925”. 

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

    Use our dry micro-fibre cloth to remove tarnish or dirt after each wear Store your jewellery in the Nicole Fendel Biodegradable Zip Lock Pouches You may have noticed a black tab inside your pouch. This is treated with anti-tarnishing agents and protects metal from discolouration. Apply perfumes, creams and hair products before wearing your jewellery. Always remove your jewellery before exercising, showering, swimming. or using hand sanitisers

    All EOFY Sales are final. Please select carefully as there are strictly not exchanges or returns on these reduced styles.

    Our dispatch team will work to send your order as quickly as possible, however there may be delays due to the high volume of orders. Please allow for potential delays from our carriers; Australia Post, Australia Post International, and DHL Express due to the high volume of orders during this period. We are unable to offer refunds if your order does not arrive on time.

    All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse via Australia Post.

    Shipping & Returns

    All orders will be dispatched by Nicole Fendel Jewellery within 2 business day of order receipt.

    Each customer will receive an order, shipping and tracking number for each delivery. Orders received after 9am will be dispatched the following business day*.

    During sale periods, processing times may increase to 3-5 business days from order receipt.

    Please note: any adjustments or cancellations of orders must be made via email to digital@nicolefendel.com.au before 8:30am the following business day or a shipping fee will be charged.
