- Items purchased during the Black Friday Sale are considered final sale.
- No returns, exchanges (size exchange only), or store credits will be offered for any reason.
- Due to the high volume of emails we anticipate during this time, please expect delays in responses from our customer care team and we ask you to not send multiple emails so we can get back to you as soon as possible. BUSINESS AS USUAL RETUN POLICY
We want you to be love your new Nicole Fendel Jewellery for years to come. If the jewellery you have ordered is not quite what you were expecting, we have the following return options available.
We have a on 14 day return policy on all Full Price and Sale items. The return window begins on the day the order is delivered. You are eligible for a full refund or store credit if you meet the return conditions below.
Please note - The shipping cost to return an item is payable by the customer.
All returns must be:
- Unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags
- In all its original packaging (pouch and box included)
- Your return is initiated within 14 days of placing your order
- Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved
- Return authorisation has been approved via email
Afterpay – We are unable to offer a refunds on Afterpay orders, however we are able to offer a gift card. Please note: This is due to the cost we incur for offering these services on our website.
Items purchased through independent Nicole Fendel Stockists must be returned directly to the stockist.
Nicole Fendel reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.

Once approved by our friendly team, please send the jewellery back to us with a copy of your approval email, and your Order receipt.
Please use a registered mail, as Nicole Fendel will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
Once we receive and process your return, you will be notified via email. Please note refunds can sometimes take up to 14 business days to be processed by your bank.
