- Orders are sent via DHL Express - the fastest international shipping method available. Once shipped this method usually takes 3-5 working days.

- Signature upon delivery is required.

- As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination. 

- These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Australia Post Express deliveries can take longer than the estimated delivery time to remote areas.

Orders placed before 8.30am will be processed and shipped within one business day. 

Handmade pieces may be a few extra days required for Nicole to beautifully create your new piece. 

During sale periods and collection launches please allow a few extra days required for us to process your order.

Once your order is placed it is automatically emailed to our warehouse for processing.
