Care Instructions

Nicole Fendel Jewellery is handcrafted with the finest metals and semi-precious stones from across the globe and as such, requires equally superior care. Please follow these care instructions to preserve the longevity of your jewellery and to ensure you get the best out of your purchase!

  • Avoid contact with liquids and chemicals (i.e. perfume, sea water, sweat, moisturiser and chlorine). Consistent contact with these liquids will damage your piece of jewellery over time.
  • Do not expose your jewellery to humidity (bathrooms and sunrooms) and ensure it is not stored in direct sunlight (please polish your jewellery more frequently if in humid environments).
  • Displaying your jewellery in humid conditions or in cabinets under strong or direct lighting will accelerate tarnishing. Please take care to polish these regularly while on display.
  • To ensure your earrings do not fall out, gently squeeze the earring hooks together once they are in the ear. We have butterfly backs available to purchase separately if you feel you would like extra security.
  • Store your jewellery in your Nicole Fendel pouch to avoid tarnishing. If storing for long periods use a zip lock bag for extra protection.
  • Polish your jewellery regularly with our polishing cloth, especially after wear in hot, humid or wet environments.

Standard shipping on all orders is free within Australia & New Zealand.

Orders are dispatched via Australia Post Eparcel service and customers will receive both a shipping confirmation and tracking number for each delivery.

Please allow 3 – 5 business days to receive deliveries within Australia and up to 10-12 business days to receive deliveries into New Zealand.




Express shipping can be selected at the checkout for an additional $12.95 within Australia. Please allow 1-3 business days for express shipping (this does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays).

All shipping fees are non-refundable.



Delivery to any country outside Australia or New Zealand is an additional AU$25.00. Delivery time will vary depending on your region. Please allow at least 15 business days for standard international shipping.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.


All gifts purchased at the Nicole Fendel Boutique include a Nicole Fendel gift exchange card. If you are the recipient of a gift from the Nicole Fendel Boutique, you may exchange the item within 14 days of receipt. You may only exchange the item (excluding earrings) at the Nicole Fendel Boutique, in its original packaging and with the NF gift card. You will not be able to receive an exchange without the NF gift card or alternative proof of purchase. Any item received as a gift from the Nicole Fendel Boutique, cannot be redeemed for a monetary refund.

If you believe that you have received a faulty product or wish to have a product repaired, please call +613 9500 0771 or email to obtain an RA number.

Once you have received an RA our customer service team will talk you through your postage options. You will need to return the product, with proof of purchase to:


To ensure that no further damage occurs during transit, please post the product in the Nicole Fendel pouch provided and a secure parcel post bag. Please be aware that Nicole Fendel cannot accept responsibility for any items that are misplaced during transit. It is for this reason that we highly recommend you use Insured Registered Post via Australia Post.

Once received, the product will be assessed by the manufacturing team.

All Nicole Fendel Jewellery products come with a 6 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturing defects. All products that are deemed to be faulty, as the result of a manufacturing error, will be repaired at no cost.

Products that are no longer covered by a warranty or are damaged as the result of mishandling, will incur a repair fee.

Mishandling includes:
Abusive knock
Normal wear & tear
Ageing & natural tarnishing

You will receive a quote prior to the repair commencing and will be required to pay in full before the repaired item is dispatched. We try to ensure that our repair costs are as accurate as possible. The cost of a repair will vary depending on the item and extent of the damage and are usually very reasonable.

Please note that both manufacturing and mishandling repairs can take between 6-8 weeks to be returned to the customer.


There is no return or exchange on sale items under any circumstances.
