SHIPPING

All orders will be dispatched by Nicole Fendel Jewellery within 1 business day of order receipt.
Each customer will receive an order, shipping and tracking number for each delivery. Orders received after 9am will be dispatched the following business day*.

Please note: any adjustments or cancellations of orders must be made via email to website@nicolefendel.com.au before 8:30am the following business day or a shipping fee will be charged.


AUSTRALIA

STANDARD SHIPPING

  • Standard shipping within Australia is FREE for all orders over $50.00
  • Free Express Shipping is available for orders over $50.00 to selected postcodes via Fastway Couriers.
  • Orders under $50.00 will incur a $6.00 flat rate shipping charge.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days to receive deliveries within Australia via AusPost / 2-5 Business Days with Fastway.
  • WA customers: please allow up to 8 business days.
  • All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

  • Express shipping can be selected at the checkout for an additional $10.00 for orders within Australia.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for express shipping (this does not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) and up to 4 business days during peak periods (Christmas).
  • All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

Please Note: Fastway is a courier company. This means they cannot deliver without a signature. Your order will not be left at the post office for collection and couriered orders cannot be delivered to parcel lockers or PO Boxes. The customer will need to arrange for re-delivery directly with the courier company if delivery is missed. If you wish to have your parcel taken to your nearest post office, please select Australia Post as your shipping option at checkout.

NEW ZEALAND

  • Standard shipping to New Zealand is FREE for all orders over $50.00
  • Orders to New Zealand under $50.00 will incur a $10.00 flat rate shipping charge.
  • Shipping to New Zealand is via Pack & Track – Australia Post International, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.
  • All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside of AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND)

  • Charges for delivery to any country outside Australia or New Zealand are as follows:
    • AU$30.00 shipping fee (EXPRESS) for orders under $200.
    • AU$10.00 shipping fee (EXPRESS) for orders over $200.
  • All international deliveries are sent via FedEx express. Delivery time will vary depending on your region, however please allow 3-5 business days for worldwide delivery.
  • Our shipping rates are based on volumetric weight, total value of purchase and package contents. For international deliveries extra duties/tax fees may apply depending on country of destination, these costs will be at the expense of the customer.
  • Any issues processing international orders will be responded to within 1 business day.
  • All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

All Shipping fees are not refundable

Please note: Once orders have been shipped, all shipment enquiries should be directed to Australia Post or the courier company directly.

 

 


RETURNS & REFUNDS

‘LAST CHANCE’ & CLEARANCE ITEMS

There is no return or exchange on items purchased from the ‘Last Chance’ or Clearance category under any circumstances.

GIFT RETURN

All Gift items purchased through www.nicolefendel.com.au include a packing slip with order number and date of purchase.

Gifts that were purchased online can be returned for a website credit within 14 days from date of purchase and must be in original packaging with packing slip.

If you would like to return your gift, please call +61 3 9822 7751 or email info@nicolefendel.com.au for instructions and to receive a return authorisation (RA) number.

No returns will be accepted without a RA number and will be returned to sender. Posted returns will not be accepted any later than 7 days after a RA number has been allocated.

All items are sold with an individual pouch and polishing cloth (during sale periods orders will be sent with one pouch only). Each piece of missing packaging will result in a $2.00 deduction from the total order amount. You will not be able to receive an exchange without the NF gift card or alternative proof of purchase.

Return Postage costs on all returned items are the responsibility of the sender and Nicole Fendel Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for any items that are misplaced during post transit. It is for this reason that we highly recommend you use Insured Registered Post via Australia Post.

Gifts purchased at the Nicole Fendel Boutique include a Nicole Fendel gift exchange card. If you are the recipient of a gift from the Nicole Fendel Boutique, you may exchange the item within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to make an exchange in this time, please email us at info@nicolefendel.com.au to extend your exchange period.

Any item received as a gift from the www.nicolefendel.com.au OR the Nicole Fendel Boutique, cannot be redeemed for a monetary refund.

Please Note: Items purchased through independent Nicole Fendel Stockists must be returned directly to the stockist. All Stockist details can be found here.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to return an item purchased via the Nicole Fendel Boutique or website, please call +61 3 9822 7751 or email info@nicolefendel.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

No returns will be accepted without a RA number and will be returned to sender. Posted returns will not be accepted any later than 7 days after a RA number has been allocated.

 

You may only return items within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with proof of purchase (packing slip). All items are sent with an individual pouch and polishing cloth. Each piece of missing packaging will result in a $2.00 deduction from the total order amount.

Please note that all postage fees are non-refundable and a deduction of $6.00 will be taken from the total of all ‘change of mind’ refunds.

If you are requesting a refund, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to re-appear in your account. If you have any questions regarding the state of your exchange or refund please contact us via info@nicolefendel.com.au.


REPLACEMENTS & FAULTS

If you believe that you have received a faulty or incorrect product please call +61 3 9822 7751 or email info@nicolefendel.com.au with your order number and a photo of the product for initial assessment and to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Once you have received a RA number our customer service team will talk you through your postage options. You will need to return the product in its original packaging with your RA number and proof of purchase.

No return will be accepted without a corresponding RA number and will be returned to sender. Faulty/replacement items will not be accepted any later than 7 days after a RA number has been allocated.

Once received, the product will be assessed by the manufacturing & customer service team and you will receive a response within 1 business day advising you of your repair and/or replacement options.

Products that are no longer covered by warranty, or are damaged as the result of mishandling or mistreatment, will incur a repair fee and will not be eligible for replacement.

REPAIRS

If you would like to enquire about getting your Nicole Fendel piece repaired please call +61 3 9822 7751 or email info@nicolefendel.com.au for assessment and instructions.

Products covered by warranty will be repaired and/or replaced free of charge.

Products that are no longer covered by warranty or are damaged as the result of mishandling or mistreatment will incur a repair fee and will not be eligible for replacement.

Mishandling includes:

  • Accidents
  • Abusive knock
  • Normal wear & tear
  • Ageing & natural tarnishing

You will receive a quote and ETA prior to the repair commencing and will be required to pay in full before the repaired item is dispatched. We try to ensure that our repair costs are as accurate as possible. The cost of a repair will vary depending on the item and extent of the damage and are usually very reasonable.

Please note that both manufacturing and mishandling repairs can (in some cases) take between 4-6 weeks to be returned to the customer.

 


6 MONTH MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

All Nicole Fendel Jewellery products come with a 6 month warranty (from date of purchase) against manufacturing defects. All products that are deemed to be faulty, as the result of a manufacturing error, will be repaired and/or replaced at no cost.

Products that are no longer covered by a warranty, or are damaged as the result of mishandling or mistreatment, will incur a repair fee and will not be eligible for replacement.

Mishandling includes:

  • Shipping
  • Accidents
  • Abusive knock
  • Normal wear & tear
  • Ageing & natural tarnishing
